Perfectly made for roads and civil engineering

At the TiefbauLive exhibition in booth B129 Doosan Infracore Construction Equipment is going to present the current machines and attachments of the brand Doosan and Bobcat. Amongst others the short- tail excavator E50 from Bobcat will also be displayed. This machine has an operating weight of 5 tons and maximum digging depth of 3524 mm. It has a breaking load of 30,4 kN at the showel shaft and 41,2 kN with the showel. The excavator is equipped with a Quick-Oil ful-hydraulic-quick-change-system, which reduces the time of changing attachments enormously. Thank to ful hydraulic clutch in combination with the “Tool Control” (chip detection), the excavator can detect the attachments itself and regulate the pressure and the oil flow automatically. You can probably meet with the Doosan DX140LCR in their booth as well. Due to round shape of the superstructure in combination with the rear swing radius of 1.48 m or alternatively the surrounding diameter of only 3.36 m, the 15 ton the excavator is according to the manufacturer “perfectly made for roads- and civil engineering, no matter out side or in the cities, the excavator can be applied everywhere, where high performance is demanded in a small places.” The another hightlight will be the Bobcat compact tracked loader T870 with the grader as an attachment. It is the most powerful loader produced by Bobcat so far. “Combined with tremendous power and performance with an exceptional height, it can be said, that we have put a new stadards for skid steer loaders”, tells Bobcat. The machine perfectly suits for selfmade attachments, which requires alot of power like a grader. This machine is going to be exposed by the company Bobcat in Bensheim (Germany), which is the branch office of Doosan-Infracore-Group. With 15 offices, Bobcat is the one of the biggest company as a construction equipments dealer in Germany.

Excavator attachment by Indeco

During construction of the bypass in Farchant, where the company Gebr Stort out of Egfling was also involved, an excavator by Hitachi type 280 with a hydraulic hammer Indeco HP 2500 and a Komatsu 180 with Indeco MES 1750 as well as a Case 210 with Indeco HP 2000 were used. The hydraulic hammers Indeco are equipped with an intelligent hydraulic system that is able to automatically adjust the punch and beat frequency to the hardness of the material. By this, the hammers ensure maximum productivity. A specifically developed central lubrication ensures that the movable parts inside the hydraulic hammer are working smoothly and reliably. A double shock system provides for a very small load on the excavator boom, since only a little bit of vibration is transmitted.

In Seefeld more than 20 new and used hydraulic hammers by Indeco are available to customers for carriers from 0.6 to 120 t. Furthermore, 250 plus fitting adapters and quick coupler plates are available. This equipment and technical expertise allow SAT the construction and fabrication of adapter plates in the latest version with hydraulic coupling systems such as the LH Likufix, OilQuick and Coupfix up to special hammer cases, for example for underwater use.
